"Great service and best value is the Savers Bundle. The guys that bring them are always so polite and always wheel them to where I need them so I don't have to move them later on. Highly recommend for service and price."

"As a first-time customer, I’m very impressed with the quality and service from William Alexander. The logs are the best I’ve had (after being disappointed - and frustrated - with logs from three local companies). The delivery service was excellent. My property has tricky access and Sam really went out of his way to help get the logs to where I wanted them. He was helpful, conscientious, polite and friendly. William Alexander’s logs may be a bit more expensive than other suppliers, but it really is a case of ‘you get what you pay for’. I’ll definitely be a returning customer."

"Great products and friendly helpful service. We only needed a few logs to see us through, and Alex sorted us out with a couple of 'Car Boot bags' and some kindling - spot on, thanks."

"Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Excellent quality dry logs and sizable kindling brought to the door by wonderfully helpful Sam. Nothing was too much trouble and he took the logs to exactly where I wanted to keep them. I highly recommend them from the customer service perspective and also the quality of the logs. So pleased - thank you."

"We use WA Logs twice at the beginning of 2025 and purchased 4 barrow bags of their kiln dried hard wood - amazing product. Easy to arrange delivery, bags are easy to move around, logs are very standard sizing - so no extra chopping required and every log burnt like a 'dry' dream. May not be the cheapest option around but its well worth the money for the service and the premium product."

"Excellent service provided. Have tried other suppliers but have been disappointed with the quality of wood and service. Will definitely be using William Alexander Logs from now on."

"Great service and excellent delivery. Logs are excellent quality and came in sturdy waterproof bags which are great for storage. Have just placed our second order."

"Fab service!! Easy to order, great prices and delivery was so straight forward. The delivery guy was friendly, polite and put the soil bags exactly where they were needed. Will def use again."

"I received my 2 bag oak bundle yesterday. Delivered on time and wheeled to the back of the house. Perfect kiln-dried wood with a nice slow burn, and doesn't leave any sooty deposits on the stove glass. Kindling (part of the bundle) ignites very quickly, so I haven't touched the Big K fire lighters yet. Great service. Now my go-to firewood supplier."

"Highly recommend William Alexander Logs. Small family run business who are always friendly and know how to keep their customers happy. Logs dont just get dumped on your drive like other companies do but come delivered in recycable bags. We won't buy logs from any other company but them. A def 5 stars for these guys!"
